First Time Logging In

The first time you visit the login area you will be asked to enter either your username or email address. If you have provided an email to us we suggest that you always use this to login.

When you were added to the system we added your email address and provided you with a temporary password. This should be all you need to login but if you did not have access to an email address we will have provided you with a username.


If you do not have these details please contact us via this support area in the bottom right of your screen (click on the Get in touch link).

Once you have entered a correct username/email and password you will be asked to change your password to something memorable. You can not use a previous password for security reasons.

Note - If you do change your email address here then it will be this new email address that you use to log in with.

Once you update your details you will then be logged out - enter your new details in the login area and you will be logged in to your user dashboard.
